Make number of all day events fixed

   Hello!

Is there a way to make the number of all-day events in day view a fixed one? For example, I always want to display 15 (or 20) all-day events. I don't want this to change with the size of the window, but rather to be fixed.

I did a quick search in the code, but it all seems dynamic...
