Thank you for your quick answer....but here what i need to do...:

1. I want to create an resource dll file where i want to load separate ico or separate png (individual ico not one picture containing collection of  image)
2. Load ico/png from external dll (eventualy in image manager)
3. Create ribbon and use this ico/png

How can i do that..????

Can you post a little sample in vb6.
Thank you
