We have a form where we set RibbonBar.TabsVisible = False, but in this case the KeyboardTip keys are not working (when pressing ALT key there is no letter displayed). Below is a screenshot when Tabsvisible is true (and works):
 and then below that when Tabsvisible is false (and does not work):
