Can i install ActiveX Suite 11.0 on a second pc?

My problem is that i get an error when i try to activate the installation (you have 0 installations remaining).
 
Is it possible to activate activeX suite 11.0 on a second pc without buying a second license (notebook and desktop-pc)?
