Hi,
I have code that can do this, however I am not back in the office until Tuesday the 3rd of May 2011. I will upload a sample project that shows how to not only add the Skins but any file, I use this method to apply Alpha Icons to my projects for the compiled exe i.e. the application icon you see in the top left of forms or the icon on the desktop. |

Hi,
As promised here is a way to include the CJStyles within your VB6 application. I have also shown you how to add Alpha Icons to VB Forms and the Project within this sample too. Be advised to see the Alpha Icons you must first compile the application, at design time these are not visible however the CJStyles will work. Follow the Step in the "Readme - How to use.txt" file. uploads/2960/How_to_use_a_Resource_File.rar I hope this helps. |

ampcom,
take note that however each (any) file must be saved on the disk, before to use it.
If you read code with attention you should see where .styles are loaded from resource and saved as file.
Then, why load them into EXE (as resource) ?
There isn't advantages, other than to increase (unnecessary) the EXE dimension.
IMHO.
