How to make a search box stytle Control?

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I want to add a search box into the menu bar of my application developing by vc++; 

two questions:
1.how can i make the search box control like this:

maybe i should insert a button into a combobox ...

2.and how can i add the control into the menu bar, like this:
(office 2007)
