How to change text/bg color of control?

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I know I can use my custome theme or override RefreshMetric of current theme. But what I want is a special control that always show a certain text color and background color and keep other features like enable/disable, font, underline  in the theme settings, even if the theme changed.
