Help a n00b programmer

   Hey fellas, I'm 17, and am starting programming. I'm interning at a Telecom company so I'm exposed to computer networking, sciences, and engineering. anyways, I'm just on my feet with codes from c++ and java to basic rpg. anyways, since I'm such a new beginner, I don't wanna waste time and space on the forumns. so any help with finding Good sites, other forumns, and any programs with excellent compilers or what not, to cut down my seek times, would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much.
