Getting Started with Chart Pro

   Is there anyone who can point me to some getting started documentation for Chart Pro 16.4 with Visual Studio 2008?  I've purchase and downloaded the software, run the Deployment Wizard but would really benefit from an example of inserting a chart as a control on a dialog and connecting it to the associated C++ classes.
