After some investigation we did set wrong owner :( very strange as sure it worked before on older versions lol

Just compared sources with 11.2.1 - PopupControl doesn't have changes at all.
 
Set breakpoint in CXTPPopupControl::Notify and check it sends message to right window.

For some reason in latest build

ON_MESSAGE( XTPWM_POPUPCONTROL_NOTIFY, OnPopUpControlNotify )

is not being called ??? very strange
 
we have this in our CMainFrame message map handler
 
any ideas ???
