You might need to give a little more detail here... 
 
How are you wanting to display the picture?
 
Are you wanting to disply the picture as the background of the MDI parent?
 
Which language are you using?

i use vb6 and i can' but picture inside mdi picture when i create a ribbonbar

CommandBars.TabWorkspace.ThemedBackColor = False
to allow use Picture property of MDIForm.

Put it in the MDI form's load event seems to work.
