Set unicode text in TabControlItem.Caption

By default,
the Caption property of the active TabControlItem gets the Form.Caption of the
bound window. It is possible to manually set the caption by
CommandBars.TabWorkspace(Index).Caption. BUT, this setting doesn�t  persist. You can see the string for a quick
moment, but then the Form.Caption shows up again.
How can I
really set the CommandBars.TabWorkspace(Index).Caption?
