OK, I've got that now with:

Control.Style = xtpButtonIconAndCaption

I have a CommandBar button with a caption. I have added like so:

Set Control = ToolBar.Controls.Add(xtpControlButton, ID_TOOLBAR_HELP, "&Help", False)

When I add an icon to this button I lose the caption. Is it not possible to have both a caption and an icon? I've tried other enumeration types but none allow both.
