Could you please verify if you can change the icon size in a toolbar (not ribbon) in the 18.2.0 version.  It appears that if you create a commandbar with say the default icon size at 24x24 but then on a single control button try to load a 48x24 icon and do the SetIconSize 48, 24 that the icon stays at 24 wide and shrinks to 12 tall.  I was testing it with the VB IconsSample by trying to modify that.

It didn't make it into the 18.3.0 release either.  This is a major known issue for over a year now and I believe last worked in 17.3.0 version.  When will we get a release that is usable again?
