How do I set the initial size of a floating pane window, the very first time it is floated.

When I drag my pane windows away from the docked state at the border, the floated window is very small, until I resize it.

The initial size of the floating pane is given by the CRect argument:
paneManager.CreatePane(IDR_MYPANE, CRect(0, 0, XTP_DPI_X(240), XTP_DPI_Y(400)), xtpPaneDockRight);

Windows 10, Visual Studio 20157, Toolkit Pro 18.3.0
