Hello,
Have you tried to register required OCX  in another PC ?

Register with cmd.exe (runned with admin permissions), run

 Regsvr32.exe C:\[.....]\Controlsl\Unicode_Debug\Controls.Unicode.ocx

check registration  of  ComboBox  (one of components in Controls.Unicode.ocx )  in oleview.exe or regedit
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Codejock.ComboBox.17.0.0 should exists

Regards,
 Oleksandr Lebed

Yes. It's a bug of Codejock Setup

See here the workaround

Issue in this topic doesn't have any relations with  license bug of version 17.0
