I found a neat feature that allows you to plot two diagrams or panels on one chart.  This is something I really like and need.  But it looks like we have no control over sizing these two panels.

Essentially I have two sets of data that need to be displayed in two graphs side by side.  The sets do not have the same number of points.  So I need the graphs to be scaled based on the percentage of the total number of points.  This would shrink the smaller graph and keep the bars the same width.  So if panel 1 has 70 points and panel 2 has 30 points, then I would want panel 1 to utilize 70% of the space and the panel 2 to utilize the other 30%.

Is there any way to take control of this spacing?  The graph is working, but it would look a lot nicer with the panel sizes scaled.

Thank you for any assistance,
