Given a toolbar/ribbon button, how do you explicitly show the CJ tooltip from code?

If you hover a button, the tooltip is automatically shown. What if I want to show the tooltip when the mouse pointer is elsewhere?

E.g. In oldschool MFC you would do something like this: m_toolTip.ShowTip();
