Hello Codejock Team,

uploads/2903/TimelineWeekMode.rar

We have suggestion for week mode and month mode.

In calendar sample program Time-line mode is there which display the time-line for appointments.

To check the free time for the particular day/week/month we need go to time-line mode by select day/week/month and then based on selection we display the time-line mode.

Most of the user uses week/month mode to maintain their appointments, If we can display the time-line in the week/month mode itself it will help user to identify the free time in week or month without going to time line mode.

Please refer the the screen shot "TimelineWeekMode.JPG" for how we include the time-line in week/month mode itself.

Waiting for you comment on this.

Thanks,
Saket Kumar

Hi Saket,
interesting idea, but don't you think it's a bit hard to see how much time is free in week view mode with a time line?

I started developing an alternative month view which goes in your direction.
It's based on the ReportControl with 31 columns and 24 rows. So every cell represents an hour.  You can see whats going on (timescaled) in a month on one view.
It's not finished yet (and far from perfect), but perhaps it's a hint for you.

Marco
