BeforeDrawDayViewCell not fireing

   Hi everyone.
Anybody know how to get this event to fire?
BeforeDrawDayViewCell 
I'm using a custom provider and I've tried setting the flags to -1 and also tried 64 but is just doesn't fire in day view or week view or any view 

The BeforeDrawThemeObject fires ok 
Out of ideas.
