Bug on Loading Language (ResourceFile)

   If I use the Codejock Resource File and Edit an Existing Language and exported as DLL it wont update the lenguage. I notice that if you open a Spanish Language and change just the Language ID for 1033 (english) it will change everything to english. My point is that all the words are inrelevant because the .dll file is just controlled by the language id.
