I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct category but forgive me if I am.

I have a question. Well, an idea.

I would like to have a "fixed-single" form with only the close button and the caption. In other words, no icon on the left.
Example Below:

Safari®'s Preferences Window. (Copyright © 2010 Apple Inc. All Rights Reserved.)

So, I was wondering if there was ANY way to pull this off.. Anyone have any idea?

Thanks and regards in advance!

Wow. :| I didn't think it was that easy. I thought there was a way but I've been choosing the wrong form type all along.

Thanks tobi!
