    Posted: 15 September 2008 at 3:57am
Hi,

I have a few questions regarding new added feature in V12.1
  1. System popupmenu images don't show with LE5 style... With Office2007 style it works OK. I have been looking into the LE5 style with SkinBuilder but I can't find properties that would show these images.
  2. Is it possible to have the main menu items skinned as well (like buttons)? If not will it ever be? see image (1)
  3. How to get rid of space before caption in popupmenu items? see image (2)

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks a lot

Hello,

1. Yes, Vista and Office2007 only one skins that use extended "Vista" skin feautres. by default skins don't have it and SkinFramework don't know how to draw it. Copy Windows->Menu sections from Office2007 to your LE5 skin.
2. only after 12.1 release.
3. There is no such big space by deafult. What theme do you use for this screenshot ?

Hi Oleg,

  1. I copied the menu section items to LE5 skin project already I don't know why it didn't work but I imported LE5 skin and pasted all menu properties, exported the style and now it works fine
  2. Do you mean after V12.1 final release or in final release?
  3. I removed properties of PopupGutter (i don't use images in old VB menu) I just wanted to see if it would be possible to have only captions. I use LE5 skin

Thanks

Hi,

Sorry, There will be no option for "Only caption".
This space is reserved for CheckBox mark.
