label behind shortcut caption !!!

   i am using the shortcut caption and i want to place a lable (common 
control lable) on the shortcut caption .but the lable still behind the 
shortcut caption after i bringed it to the front.what i should do .the 
first time i made my project it was in front of the shortcut caption but 
now it goes behind the shortcut caption and refuse to return to the 
front.see the picture

	This is fixed with version 9.60.
