When you drag a file and hover the taskbar, the window becomes active. As a user I expect this behavior when hovering a tabbed docking pane - which is not the case in Visual Studio for example. According to me, this is a bug.

Steps to become frustrated:
1) Select Resource View and edit your dialogs or whatever.
2) Go to Explorer and select some source files you'd like to add to your project.
3) Now you drag these to the "Visual Studio" bar at the taskbar. Visual Studio fires up!
4) Time to drop the files... but Solution Explorer is not active:

5) You have to start all over since the tabs don't work as they should.

Q: Does XTP handle this properly? If not, any chance for such an improvement?
