Spliter Tracker flicker on Vista

   Dear Codejock,

I have noticed that splitter tracker (the divider line between panes)
flickers like hell on Vista.

Steps to reproduce: use the line below in your app and a couple of docking panes docked on left hand side as tabs

m_paneManager.UseSplitterTracker( TRUE );

when you resize the docking panes onto MDI document client area the tracker flickers and responds slowly on Window VISTA.

Note that it runs perfectly fine on any other Windows (95/98/XP).
