taskpanel and resizing

I want a group in a taskpanel to be listctrl ; the taskpanel is a resizable  control in a dialog. 

As the dialog is resized, the taskpanel is also resized. is there any way for the listctrol to be changing its height accordingly?

	I have a similar question. I have a TaskPanel Group with 1 control on it. The TaskPanel's group size is determined by the control's size. I would like to be able to resize the group, then resize the control. Any ideas?
