Very new to this so please excuse. All I want to do is know which tab is pressed, how hard can that be. For me its bloody hard as I have not got a clue....

Extract from Ribbon Sample below..

 
  Select Case Control.Id
        Case XTPCommandBarsSpecialCommands.XTP_ID_RIBBONCONTROLTAB:
            Debug.Print "Selected Tab is Changed"


This tells me selected tab has changed but not which one.

Where in the sample would I retrieve which is clicked ?

Sorted it...  ribbonbar.selectedtab.index worked for me.
