How can I skin CHtmlView? I tried things like XTPSkinManager()->ApplyWindow(m_wndBrowser); but nothing works.

Hi,
All Controls in HtmlView are drawn internally. You can check with Spy++ that they don't have window handlers.

Is there any way to skin even the scrollbars around the edge of the CHtmlView?

Also no :( Explorer draws scrollbar also - it doesn't have WS_VSCROLL/VS_HSCROLL style.
