how to find control?

   I've two commandbar with the same control.
I want to modify at run-time some properties but the method findcontrol give me only the fisrt occurence of the tool.
I read in another topic (by SuperMario) that i can use the for ech instruction to visit all commandbar and set my control. But I can't navigate the commandbar object. How I must use the each?
