Hi,

I have two bugs in my application.
May be it is something wrong in my code, but I have reproduced them with the samples provided with the toolkit.

1: If I put a CCustomSliderItem (from the XTP sample) in a CProperty grid and then I move its cursor, so the ribbon bar react weirdly:

The icons don't seem to be correctly refreshed if I move the mouse over.
If I then select another item in the property grid, so the problem disappears.

2: The color selector from the CXTPPropertyGridItemColor has a very annoying problem.
Actually, when you move the cross over the colors, the cursor (the gray triangle) is always replaced at the center of the vertical bar.
So you loose your previous work and must replace the cursor correctly at each time.

I put here a simple sample source code.
I just copied the RibbonMDISample and added a property grid whithin a pane.

I did the test on a WinXP 64 (same problem if I build the application for Win32 or Win64) with Visual C++ 2005.

I hope these will be solved easily because these are both very annoying problems in my application.

Thank you.

Hi,

1.  You added Invalidate(FALSE); in CInplaceSlider::OnCustomDraw
obviously it is reason.

2. Actually it was designed, but think you right and need to change this.

Hi Oleg,

thank you for your answer.
The problem was effectively the Invalidate(FALSE) call .

Regarding the color selector, my users will be very glad when it will be changed

Cheers.
