the background color of toolbar in 2000

   HI,everyone!
After I used XT, I feel it's to useful that I even can't leave it.
But here's a small problem.
I used to program under XP.But when I run a program using CXTTOOLBAR under win2000,
I found that the background color of the toolbar is different with the menu and dialogbar.
Is there anything I need to do ?? OR it's a little bug ??
