   if I start my application unter winNT SP6 almost all icons in my commandbar are gone.
so i ask you for the supported icon-types.
there are the following choises, each 16x16:
.gif
.ico (8bit)
.ico (32bit)
.png

	I guess you use Alpha Icons (ico 32) ? If so you must deliver msimg32.dll with your application (you can copy it from Windows 98 Windows folder.
