   Hi
I'm a new user of these controls, looking to create an MDI app with shortcut bar using VB6.  I want to show a shortcut bar left aligned and have all child windows appear to the right in the client area.  When creating a pane, do you have to pass it a handle to a form? Or can you pass the pane the handle to the shortcut bar?

	You must use the the AttachPane event to attach the handle of an object to the pane. Doing it any other place can cause problems. It can be a handle to any object, it does not need to be a form. But you might have to place the item in a picturebox and then attach the picturebox. You will just have to try it to see if you need to. So you are wanting the shortcutbar inside the pane? if so, just use the AttachPane event to attach the hWnd of the Shortcutpane to the pane.
