Multiple top level window support

   It seems that Xtreme Toolkit DOESN'T support or supply Multiple Top-level Frame window facility.
Is there any way to do this  easily with Xtreme Toolkit
, or Multiple top-level window is just another simple(?)  thing in which we can embed various featuresof Xtreme toolkit?
