Calling CXTPReportControl::EnableDragDrop(), drag-and-drop is not working.
I want to change order change by drag-and-drop, but do not see the red line during the drag. When during a drag start, "EXCEPTION: CXTPReportControl :: OnBeginDrag () - Unhandled Exception!" is output.
