Ribbon buttons size on the same command

   Hi,
In my Ribbon control I need that a certain command will appear twice in the Ribbon. once as large icon (32x32) and the other as small icon (16x16).
I tried using SetIconSize but it seems to have no effect. Both controls has the same size.
