Change System Colors At Runtime

   Is there a way to let the user pick a custom color at runtime (by using a color picker control, for example) for system colors?  I can do this easily with the CommandBars control by using the SetColor method, but I don't see a similar method in the SkinFramework.  

Currently on 15.3.1 but could update to 16.2 if necessary.
