Just purchased the ActiveX Suite, and I would like to create a custom Ribbon Bar using the Command Bar Designer. How do I get rid of the default menu items (File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Tools, Windows, Help)?

Also... Are there any GOOD tutorials around for the Command Bar Designer, or maybe some sample .xcb files that are using the Ribbon Bar with tabs and groups?
