CXTPResizePropertySheet wizard with toolbar?

   I'm having difficulties adding a toolbar in a wizard derived from CXTPResizePropertySheet. The toolbar displays nicely, but clicking Next/Back will screws up the layout, especially if you resize the whole wizard first. 
Are there any samples available that demonstrates how to implement a CXTPToolbar in a wizard?
