The is the original (not modified) sample ReportSample from Xtreme ToolkitPro v15.2.1.0221

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Set the checkbox  Report Control / Vertical Scrolling / Block Scrolling (count)
2) Add some more records (I did it through Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V)
3) Collapse all groups but the last one (vertical scroll bar should be visible here)
4) Scroll down to hide some top groups
5) Collapse the last group
6) Vertical scroll bar has disappeared, but top groups are still hidden

Hi to all!

Another way to reproduce this strange behaviour:

1) Enable Vertical Block scrolling: Report Control / Options / Vertical Scrolling / Block scrolling (count)
2) Move selection to last row
3) Add some rows by Pressing CTRL+C and n times CTRL-V
4) Right click any grouprow and select "Collapse All Groups"

-> all rows are gone!

to re-display rows:

a) reduce window height until vertical scrollbar appears
b) click on scrollbar
