problem using Ribbon Command Bar

   Dears,
When opening two different exes that use Codejock.CommandBars.Unicode.v15.1.3.ocx one of the opened applications becomes like a normal window. as you can see in the attached image. Fast responses would be appreciated.  uploads/6726/Ribbon_Bar_Problem.zip
