PX_Color property exchange method bad location

   It is a little strange that the property exchange helper method PX_Color is part of the calendar control, and not a general part of the XTToolkit. All these methods should be located in the same place. Now I have to include _XTP_EXCLUDE_CHART, just to have this method.

I maybe think that the new _XTP_EXCLUDE_CHART also includes some methods, please check?
