When using ToolTips for markup elements it is not possible to set the title and description separately, as for e.g. Ribbon buttons.

I suggest that when ShowTitleAndDescription is set for the markup tooltip context the first line e.g. "Caption\nDescription" is used as caption.
- or -
A special tooltip delegate is called to fill in the tooltip title and description
- or -
the TTM_UPDATETIPTEXT message is send to fill in the tooltip title and description.

I know that I cam use Markup tooltips, but I cannot get exactly the same look as the Ribbon that way. Which brings me back to: http://forum.codejock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=17869&PID=62573&title=a-guide-for-styles-themes-colors-and-skins#62573.

What do you think?
