Changing font size for text only toolbar

   I have three different sizes of icons for all my toolbars.  I also
have two toolbars that contain buttons with only text
(CXTPControlButton).  When I switch between the differenct sizes,
I would like the font size of the button text to change. 
Selecting larger icons should display text in a larger font.

I also would like the width of all the text-only buttons to be the
same.   Does anyone have any clues on how best to do this?
