How can I tell the toolbox control when a entry is drag&dropped to a other control that the menu entry should NOT be removed from the toolbox. Something similar like the OLEDRAGDROP COPYEFFECT ?

I've been trying to figure this out as well. I submitted a support request for this earlier last week, but nobody ever responded. If I eventually get a response, I'll let you know what they say. I've been having a lot of bad luck with getting responses to submitted issues these days.

In the next release you can specify the drag and drop options for each
individual group and group item. For example, you can specify
that the item can only be "copied" and not removed. Take a look
at the XTPTaskPanelItemAllowDrag enumeration in the next release

Will I also be able to set the text which is used when I e.g. drag&drop an item to a textbox ? Do you mean V10 ?

I mean v9.60.1, it is a hotfix that is coming out very soon. I
think setting data will come with v10. As I said this is just a
hotfix.
