Toolbars question

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Hi,
In my application, I do not want the user to be able to close a toolbar. Is there an option to remove the close button on the toolbars (or is there a way to prevent the toolbars from floating) ?
