   For a test I'm trying to add a CXTPReportRecordItemButton with GetItemControls()->AddControl in a CXTPReportRecordItem derived object.  

I'm assuming that CXTPReportRecordItemButton is there for an example on how to use custom controls since you can just use the button type as an argument to AddControl for buttons. 

But when I add this object it never gets rendered.  Is there some step in this process I'm missing?
