What are the dependencies for Propertylist for distribution of control with VB6 application? Does it have already built-in own controls like color picker, font, text box etc Or it uses VB common controls? |

I believe the only dependency for PropertyGrid is 'mfc42.dll'. Everything is a custom implementation that doesn't use any of the VB common controls. |

That's interesting, I found in sample project the following line of code: Private Declare Function InitCommonControls Lib "Comctl32.dll" () As Long It is not a common controls library? |

The 'InitCommonControls' function is typically called to allow Visual Basic applications to implement a manifest file and draw using XP themes on Windows XP. If this function call is not made, your application could potentially crash when trying to implement the themes. The 'comctl32.dll' library is a typical dependency of Visual Basic, and is not a dependency of the PropertyGrid itself.
