Hi
Should the White ribbon theme when the window is maximised to full screen be as dark as this??? Not sure if this is how white theme works with Office 2010???

Also the quick access menu drop arrow (icon to far right of Quick Access Toolbar) is very dark with the White theme??? How does this look on Office 2010, is it the same please?
